The National Federation of the Blind reports a 70% unemployment rate for people with significant vision loss, contrasting the 3.9% national rate, with individuals with disabilities earning just 66 cents for every dollar earned by those without disabilities. At AATS, we ensure that employees with disabilities receive equitable compensation on par with all staff members within our organization.
